Cancellation policy

Some products in our store may be available on backorder.

When you place a backorder, you are ordering a product that is currently not in stock but is expected to become available again. Payment is collected at checkout, and your order will be fulfilled once the product is available.

You may cancel a backorder at any time before it has been shipped. If you cancel before shipment, we will refund the payment for the cancelled item.

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, if you are a consumer in the EU, you may still have the right to withdraw from the purchase after delivery. Please see our Return & Withdrawal Policy for details.

If we are unable to fulfil your backorder, we will cancel the affected item and refund the payment received for it.
